Our Role:

To research, evaluate, structure and play an ongoing consulting role with direct mezzanine, common equity, and/or preferred equity investments.

Primary candidates are established companies, individuals or management groups with a need for capital in structuring a buyout or recapitalization of a business entity for strategic growth.
